CELEBRATE A GOOD NIGHT’S SLEEP WITH A VISIT TO A TEMPUR WELLNESS CENTRE AT FORTY WINKS

Forty Winks and TEMPUR has launched the first Forty Winks – TEMPUR Wellness Centre with a session taken by a range of experts sharing their tips and secrets for a good night’s sleep.

Sleep expert, Dr Melinda Jackson from Monash Sleep group, mental health and wellbeing expert, Professor Jane Burns from Health Partnerships and Innovation at BUPA, along with AFL brothers Nathan and Zak Jones and V8 Supercar driver David Reynolds shared their insights on how sleep can not only enhance athletic performance but also help ensure our mind and body functions properly.

TEMPUR was created by NASA in the 1970s to cushion and support astronauts during lift-off as they journeyed into space. TEMPUR sleep scientists found the unique material responds to your body temperature, evenly distributing your weight to provide exceptional sleep comfort. TEMPUR mattresses and hoofdkussen zijslaper slaapcity pillows are fully manufactured in and imported from Denmark.

The new wellness zones, which are to be rolled out in Forty Winks stores across Australia, will help educate Australians on the mental and physical wellbeing that can be achieved through adequate and consistent sleep. With an estimated 40 per cent of Australians suffering from inadequate sleep at a cost of $1.8 billion to the health system, sleep has never been more top of mind.

In 2018, Choice named TEMPUR the most reliable and most satisfied mattress brand.
