Tap-backs, hip shakes and hill climbs will be rolling onto Melbourne’s famous skyline this summer, as Melbourne-born brand Bodhi and Ride, take fitness to a whole new level for a one-of-a-kind ride series on The Rooftop at QT.
Launching on Sunday, 24th February 2019, QT Melbourne’s Ride in the Sky four-part series will provide a unique and uplifting fitness experience timed to upbeat music, brought to guests by Bodhi and Ride’s team of elite and international instructors, all in the surrounds of Melbourne’s dramatic cityscape.
Designed to challenge you physically and replenish you mentally, the Bodhi & Ride ethos is to provide a welcoming sanctuary from the outside world for all fitness and wellness levels. A revolutionary fitness experience, traditional spin classes are taken to a totally new level into a full body workout, “we don’t spin, we RIDE” says founder Michaela Fellner.
The 40 minute open-air sweat sesh is a sensory experience that touches on something other than thigh burn: the tunes are pumping and the fresh air keeps things calm and cool. Multi-talented trainers will have guest’s dancing both on and off the bike. When the resistance increases, so does the music. Close your eyes, and you’re in a club dancing the night away. Open them, and watch as the invigorating rhythm blows your stress away whilst simultaneously taking in the spectacular city views.
For newbies who are yet to ride, the class will provide the chance to increase physical endurance, confidence and fuel adrenalin. Sweat guaranteed. Post ride, guests will be treated to an array of nutritious refreshments, including a selection of fresh coconuts and Emma & Tom’s juices, before proceeding to QT Melbourne’s, The Cake Shop for a grab-and-go coffee and bliss ball or settling in for a leisurely á la carte breakfast with friends at signature restaurant, Pascale Bar & Grill.
